Security
Our site uses a secure server with 128-bit encryption and is the most secure way to trade on-line. Any information you send to us regarding your credit card details is encrypted whilst in transit and is safe from interception. To check that you are in secure area, look at the bottom of your browser window and you will see a closed padlock symbol or unbroken key.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard (excluding American Express). If you wish to pay by cheque, you can reserve your order over the telephone and we will hold that item for three days awaiting payment. Cheques should be made payable to Cottage Boutique.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Pricing Policy
Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions.

Cottage Boutique reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.

E-mail Orders
Please be aware that details sent to us via our e-mail address are not as secure as details submitted to us via the online order form, which is sited on a secure server. However, if you wish to amend an order, simply send all the relevant details (minus the credit card details) to us at this address: info@cottageboutique.co.uk

Secure Orders
We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. Our acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email, to an email address you provide.

You may wish to print out the order form to aid the completion of the details, and to keep a copy of what you ordered. Be assured that your personal and credit card details will be kept in the strictest of confidence. We never pass on our customer details to third parties.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We try to make every effort to only show items that we currently hold in stock. However, if the item which you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock or we are awaiting delivery from a supplier, we will contact you to tell you how long you will be waiting before that item is available.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of our products. However we cannot guarantee that it will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery as the actual colour will depend on your monitor and how it is set up.

Cottage Boutique reserves the right to alter, without prior notice, designs or prices of products and conditions of supply.

Any dimensions quoted are approximate.

Delivery
We try and deliver as soon as possible to all mainland locations, normally within 5 working days. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays incurred whilst in transit. In certain cases, delivery may exceed 14 days, but would normally be within the 5 working days quoted above. (weekends excepted). A small charge is made for delivery and will automatically be added to your order when you proceed to the checkout. The actual rate will be determined by the products bought and the destination for delivery. See "Checkout for details". Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday may be delivered outside of this timescale.

Returns policy
If any of our items do not meet your satisfaction, then please return them to us in perfect condition in the packaging in which they were despatched within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund or exchange the goods, as you require, less the return postage.

In the case of goods which are deemed to be faulty, these should be returned within a reasonable time period detailing the nature of complaint, the date of purchase and the care given to the product. Once a fault has been confirmed we will refund or exchange the goods as you require, subject to availability.

Returns must be sent recorded delivery and a recipients signature obtained. We cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Statement on Online Privacy
The privacy of all our offline and online customers is extremely important to us. Therefore no personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company or party outside of Bags & Bangles, Deborahs and Cottage Boutique.
Any information received by Cottage Boutique is used to help create a better service and understanding of customer needs and requirements
